Wasp 100-C

The Wasp 100-C began with a 1,000% funded Kickstarter project that I art directed. We built a story around the need for the product, and had a quick development process. Now the Wasp 100-C is sold around the world and used on sets in Hollywood.

My role after the initial product development and marketing was to develop the customer experience that's held in hand. I figured out what the customer should see when they open the shipping box, how the product manual looks, how the iPhone app looks and feels, and how graphics on the product itself look. I kept the experience true to the simple and carefully crafted aesthetic of the Wasp 100-C, and clarified complex information for the customer.
